Added examples of GitHub Actions workflows for deploying to Zerops, including a basic deployment and a tag-matching deployment.

github/actions@v3 is heavily out of date and I'm almost certain is deprecated, and users simply copy/pasting may not catch it. Also adding an additional example to match the tag regex example from the UI.
