Add Inki component authoring guides and a non-Claude-Code usage note#3300

Document eight globally-registered components that lacked an Inki guide after the v7 redesign: ExternalLink, Icon, Badge, Columns, SubtleCallout, Checklist, MermaidWithFallback, and MultiLanguageSwitcher. Each guide was verified against the real component source and docs usage. Wire them into the templates README index and the drafter prompt's component list.
Remove the MultiLanguageSwitcher component guide and its README and drafter references: the component is being phased out in favor of <Endpoint>, so Inki should not teach it as a current pattern. Also add missing redesign cross-references found by an audit: point the plugins authoring guide and plugin template at <Endpoint> (and away from the deprecated <ApiCall> trio), reference the Tabs guide, and point the features and Cloud authoring guides at the badge guide.

This PR adds authoring guides for the redesign MDX components (badge, checklist, columns, external-link, icon, mermaid-with-fallback, subtle-callout), updates the related Inki prompts, templates, and authoring guides, and notes on the AI for developers page that Inki's references are LLM-agnostic and can be used with non-Claude Code agents.
