• Synthesized a zero feature for the no-ligatures variants. This was necessary because the upstream JetBrainsMono no-ligatures variants no longer have any OpenType features, and JetBrainsMonoSlashed is built by 'freezing' the zero (slashed zero) feature into the enabled state. The upstream variants still contain the slashed-zero glyph, so it is possible to re-synthesize the zero feature and freeze it. If some future version of JetBrainsMono removes the slashed-zero glyph from its no-ligatures variants, then JetBrainsMonoSlashed will be unable to ship no-ligatures variants.

• Removed the variable-width variant, because the upstream JetBrainsMono release did not include it.
