This is based on the template extracted with #110 applied, so this effectively depends on that PR.
(Declarations: This translation is first done without AI. Then I asked an agent (Gemini 3.5 Flash in Antigravity CLI) to review it, which found a string I missed translating, a few strings where I was translating "integrated terminal" inconsistently, and suggested a few wordings that worked better (功能退化 for "regression", "引導" for "guided"), which I adopted. It also made other incorrect wording suggestions which I ignored.)
