What's the difference between the workbooks in this repo and those in the Application-Insights-Workbooks repo?

Application-Insights-Workbooks repo is the Workbooks official product repo, which is the source of workbook templates that light up in Azure portal as part of Workbooks product (i.e. available out of box, default), while this repo is community-driven - anyone can share workbooks to benefit other community users, with no relation to the Azure portal UX. So the differences are:

• Who can publish (product group vs. all)
• Ownership of content
• Visibility in the Azure portal (the content of this repo doesn't show up automatically in the portal, but can be copied/deployed there).
