I am the creator of MoE Sovereign, a fully self-hosted, deterministically-routed Mixture-of-Experts orchestrator. It demonstrates how to run enterprise-grade, GraphRAG-augmented AI pipelines entirely air-gapped on heterogenous consumer and legacy GPUs.
