This allows a clean Docker build for Ubuntu 24.04 base image (Python 3.12) and compat with Python 3.12 in general.
All unit tests succeed now (there were earlier errors with
pkg_resources).I would recommend to merge, thus auto-push to Dockerhub
latestimage, and thus autodeploy and test further on https://demo.geohealthcheck.org .
