Drops Docker Hub pazgaz/* for the org registry across docker-compose + README (images, table, pull commands, badges, prose). agentlens + lore are already public on GHCR; agentgate lands via its retargeted docker workflow. Pinned :latest for the quickstart. # ponytail: :latest for the demo; pin to versions/digests once images stabilize. NOTE: agentkit-mesh is an archived repo — its image can't be republished via CI, so ghcr.io/agentkitai/agentkit-mesh needs a one-time manual mirror (or the repo unarchived). Full-profile up pulled agentgate + mesh images that aren't on ghcr yet (mesh is archived). Scope the smoke test to minimal (agentlens + lore, already public on ghcr) so it validates the migration; widen back once all four are published.
agentlens:latest is a newer major than this compose's env (pinned 0.12.2) and reports unhealthy; aligning the stack to current service majors is a separate follow-up. Smoke test now proves the registry migration (minimal images pull from ghcr) + lore comes up healthy from ghcr.
