v0.3 Additional functionality for sparse cases added based on methods in https://arxiv.org/abs/2006.00016

New code was mostly developed by Emanuel Malvetti.

Second release

v0.2 includes new functionality for decomposing instruments and for converting the decompositions to Molmer-Sorensen gates as well as a few bug fixes.

The code was developed by Raban Iten (ETH Zurich) and Roger Colbeck (University of York) from 2016-19
with contributions from Luca Mondada, Oliver Reardon-Smith, Gabrielle Pauvert, Ethan Redmond and Ravjot Singh Kohli.

Initial release of UniversalQCompiler

The first release of UniversalQCompiler (v0.1) was developed by Raban Iten (ETH Zurich) and Roger Colbeck (University of York) from 2016-19
