Hi, I'm John Pichon

Aspiring IT Support Specialist with a growing foundation in help desk support, troubleshooting, ticket documentation, Windows support, Active Directory, networking basics, and cybersecurity fundamentals.

Zendesk Help Desk Ticketing Project

Created and managed simulated Tier 1 help desk tickets using Zendesk, including password reset issues, phishing email reports, slow computer troubleshooting, Wi-Fi connectivity issues, and software installation requests.

Active Directory User Management Lab

Built a Windows Server Active Directory lab focused on user account creation, password resets, group management, OU organization, and domain client login.

Windows Event Log Investigation

Analyzed Windows Event Viewer logs to identify successful logons, privileged logon events, and authentication-related activity.

Wireshark Network Traffic Analysis

Captured and analyzed DNS, TCP, and TLS traffic using Wireshark to better understand network communication and troubleshooting.

Nmap Localhost Port Scan

Performed a basic port scan using Nmap to identify open ports and understand service enumeration fundamentals.
