Murfey is an orchestration system for the movement of cryoEM data from EM systems and the processing of that data developed for the eBIC facility at Diamond Light Source.

Murfey itself interfaces with a service-based processing architecture. The system is designed to be extensible and support additional and modified processing pipelines, but those deployed at eBIC can be found under the cryoem-services repository.
