Bump Node.js engine to 24.x for Vercel compatibility#677

Vercel auto-updates the Node.js runtime (currently 24.x), but the pinned
"engines": { "node": "22.x" } in package.json overrode the project
setting, producing a build warning. Bump the engine pin to 24.x and align
dev.nix, CI workflow, and docs to the same version.
