I have created a separate issue for that: #1690 as this is a more general issue when generating the docs.

The other ones are content issues.

The reason this worked in the past was due to canonifyURLs: true - which is discouraged by Hugo now. We should change all links to use {% relref "…" %} instead. For now I have re-enabled canonifyURLs again - but I will keep this issue open.
