Provision UM760 via Tinkerbell PXE

Boot the UM760 via PXE and install Talos to create the first production platform node.

Prerequisites:

• VyOS gateway online with DHCP relay configured
• Tinkerbell running on seed cluster
• Talos machine config (cp-1.yaml) available on NGINX
• Hardware CRD registered for UM760

Tasks:

• Power on UM760 with PXE boot enabled
• Verify DHCP relay forwards request from VLAN 30 to Tinkerbell
• Verify Tinkerbell workflow executes:
  • Downloads Talos image
  • Fetches machine config from NGINX
  • Writes to disk
  • Reboots into Talos
• Verify UM760 joins the cluster as CP-1
• Confirm cluster now has 2 nodes: NAS VM + UM760

Expected Duration: ~10 minutes
